Only for short term rentals. Customer hours are from monday to friday 10:00 to 16:00.

Pros: расположение близкое к океану, это отлично.
Contras: неудобное жилье для проживания четырех взрослых, т.к. одна комната была только для сна, нет ни шкафа, ни тумбочек, хотя бы какого-нибудь стеллажа, нет стульев и очень маленькая, окно выходило на стену другого помещения. Нет вентилятора. С улицы постоянно запах готовящейся еды и шумно.

Pros: Отличное место, лучшие пляжи рядом, ветерок с моря дает прохладу в номере.
Contras: Ночной шум от уборщиков, но беруши решают проблему, или очень активный день, тогда ночью спишь крепко)

Pros: Vista piacevole zona molto bella e tranquilla per famiglie perfetto
Contras: Primo giorno senza chiavi che non funzionavano. siamo entrati solo perché abbiamo trovato gente che usciva dal portone. Il giorno dopo però sono state cambiate le serrature. Letti molto scomodi.

Pros: Die Lage war gut.
Contras: Aufgrund der Lage war es am abend und in den frühen Morgenstunden sehr laut. Wir haben uns daran gewöhnt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn von dem Vermieter so Kleinigkeiten wie Spüllappen, Spülbürtse, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, ein paar Grundgewürze bereitgestellt werden.

Pros: Apartment is centrally located and surrounded by excellent bars and restaurants. Evenings could be noisy for those wanting quiet break, but we loved the hustle and bustle.
Contras: Front door lock was a bit sticky and could use a couple of more pillows - but that’s being picky.
