The apartment perfectly located a spacious duplex penthouse so everyone has their own area, it is very quiet, relax and enjoy in comfort . The community is gated so you feel safe and secure. Wifi is excellent and extended through out the apartment, TV channel selection is good. The terrace off the lounge has views to the complex and the upper floor solariums are a blaze in the summer months, the external showers are a gift! In Winter months, the solariums are sunny but the intensity is far less, but very pleasant to sit out.

The property is perfect for the centre of Marbella, you are in the heart of everything, minutes from the old town and its proximity to the restaurants and bars and the beach. As you step out of the apartment you are in the heart of Marbella, a buzz of bars and restaurants and rambling cobbled streets. A short stroll to the front you find the main promenade called the Paseo Maritimo, in either direction will take you to several popular chiringuitos where you can hire a sun lounger with coconut brolly for the day and enjoy a drink and delicious fresh fish dishes. Here you can also paddle board and kayak and there are lifeguards between June - September. In between are lots of sandy spots to park a towel or sun chair. The sunset views from the beach are marvellous. A 10 minute walk away and you have a choice of supermarkets, bars and restaurants, banks and 24 hr Pharmacy. There is lots more to see and do, all within easy driving distance or via bus.
