Fully refurbished first line sea view apartment. 25 metres walk to Javea Bay and 400 metres walk to the Arenal sandy beach! Our apartment is on the first floor and measures approx. 84 m2 floor area including a spacious terrace with a fantastic view of the sea across the road. There is a bright and spacious living room combined with a dining area with direct access to the private terrace, a kitchen and separate utility area, a separate shower room and separate WC. There are 3 bedrooms: two of these with twin beds and one of these has a 2 persons bunk bed. Internet is included in the price and the apartment has 2 brand new L&G dual Air Conditioning & Heating units as well as ceiling / standing fans in other rooms. It is therefore suitable for year round rental if so required. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and crockery and cutlery. There is a washing machine in a separate utility area off the kitchen which also has space to hang up laundry, towels and swimming costumes if necessary. We provide a table and chairs on the balcony as well as a sun lounger and brand new awnings.
Well travelled Englishman now living in beautiful Javea on the northern Costa Blanca. My wife is Russian and our daughter just became a teenager in February 2018. We also have a small Pomeranian dog called Coco .....
