Pros: Pretty much everything was fantastic.
Contras: My only 2 point to complain were that the lift wasn’t working - which I notice has been mentioned on a couple of other reviews. For us this wasn’t a big problem. The other minor gripe was that the air con in the bedroom gave off a slightly musty smell on a couple of occasions.

Pros: Vielen Dank an Bruno , der uns sehr freundlich an der Unterkunft empfangen hat. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral im el Arenal und wir konnten von dort aus sehr gut zu unseren Exkursionen starten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war trotz des Publikums auf der Straße unten sehr ruhig gelegen.
Contras: Problematisch war die Nutzung der Dusche, da es immer etwas Zeit benötigte, um über den Wasseranschluss der Küche das entsprechende warme Wasser zu bekommen.

Pros: The property is central in Seville to the main sites we were interested in. The Alcazar de Seville is only about a 10 minute walk away and there are plenty of other sites to see around such as the bull ring or walk to the water for a boat cruise. There are also several restaurants close by and literally right around the corner. The grocery store is about a 30 second walk away, which is absolutely perfect for those looking to make some of their own meals or just grab snacks. We were so pleasantly surprised with the stay, it was the most comfortable out of all our places during our travel through Spain. I highly recommend this place for families.
Contras: The elevator wasn't working but we knew that ahead of time and made due.
