Pros: Beni, the host gave us a warm welcome. Punctual and very pleasant host. We appreciated your clear and ellaborate explanation of the apartment. Don't be affraid to pay a deposited at arrival. Everything was noted and you receive the deposite back upon leaving. In short: very clean, spacious rooms, nice quite street situated near the center and good host that is happy to support any time. Ask for the nice restaurants, he knows! A place to seriously consider to go back to!

Contras: Pillows may be a bit thicker, but still are alright.

Pros: Locatie: midden in het centrum op enkele meters van het meest gezellige plein!

Pros: Perfect Apartment, Perfect Location! Beautiful spacious modern apartment in an awesome location. Very close to everything in the historic city center. Large living room, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a large comfortable bedroom, and a relaxing private terrace. The Internet connection there was awesome, very fast and 100% reliable. Berni, the host was excellent. It was easy to coordinate arrival and departure. The elevator installation at the apartment is nearly complete which will make this place even better but the one story walk up was no problem for us . Highly recommended!

Pros: The apartment was very centrally located which was perfect for exploring beautiful Valencia day and night .... however still quiet at night for sleeping as tucked away . It was wonderfully designed, spacious, clean, and well stocked . Bernat was very informative..Would definitely return .

Pros: Lo que más nos gustó fueron los anfitriones, muy amables y dando todo tipo de facilidades. La decoración del apartamento, puesto con mucho gusto. La ubicación es ideal, junto a la plaza de la Virgen.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment, super clean and very quiet despite being very close to bars and restaurants, also cool with air conditioning if needed. The owners were very helpful in meeting us and explaining all the facilities, plus providing parking for our motorcycle in the downstairs garage. Also provided maps and extensive restaurant recommendations. The location is in the old town giving easy access to many areas of interest and the Turia Gardens which we had a very enjoyable day exploring. We greatly enjoyed our visit and would like to visit again and stay again in this apartment. Thoroughly recommended.

Contras: Nothing to criticise, but should mention that the pleasant patio does not get much sun.
