Nice studio in Costa del Silencio of about 32m2,500 meters from the ocean,ground level,in a pretty quiet Canarian style resort with a lot of trees and flowers and a nice swimming pool with sunbeds(within 25 meters from studio).Restaurant/bar next to the swimming pool.Fully furnished, fully fitted kitchen with a dining place,opened to the lounge with a double bed and a double sofa bed,satelite TV . The studio is not located on a hill.Sandy beach at about 5 min. walking.The studio is very close to the bus and taxis station, supermarkets, shops, bakery, pharmacy,bars restaurants,internet café.Located in a quiet resort by the typical Spanish fishing village of Las Galetas (with its volcanic sandy and pebbles beaches) where you will find a Tourist information office,many shops and ocean front bars and restaurants with local and international food without forgetting a delicious fresh choice of fish and sea food,as well as many brands of beer and real sangria. It is only from about 10-15 min. of South Airport.Only 7km of Playa de Las Americas and about 15 min. driving of Los Cristianos with its famous sandy beaches. Within 30 min. driving you can reach the amazing mountain Teide.
