El Es Barranc Vell es una villa independiente con piscina infinita con vistas panorámicas a la bahía de Palma, situada a 12 km de Palma y a 10 km de Arenal.
La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye cafetera Nespresso. El Es Barranc Vell cuenta con aire acondicionado, calefacción radiante, TV de pantalla plana y barbacoa.
Se ofrece un desayuno buffet y servicio de limpieza bajo petición.
En los alrededores se pueden practicar diversas actividades, como golf, ciclismo y senderismo.

The perfect balance between living in peaceful nature and being near the urban and cultural centres that our beautiful Island offers. The ideal place to spent holidays for families, golfers, cyclist or couples. A simple walk becomes a real pleasure when you do it through it's wild olive fields. The villa is full of special spots that unveil unique landscapes of Mallorca. It’s height over the sea level, offers the observer a privileged 360º panoramic view of the Island: Palma’s bay, Serra de Tramuntana and Es Pla de Sant Jordi. If you are an animal lover, you can take a walk around the villa and maybe you will have a chance to meet our donkeys and sheep. They live in freedom and are very friendly!
Veterinarian by profession but currently working on my own high standing rural business. My hobbies include travelling, reading, wine, cooking, organic farming and my beloved animals. I am the only neighbour you will have in 7 hectares as I live 100 meters from the rented house. Both houses are completely independent so privacy is guaranteed! However guests can count with me for anything they need.
The villa counts with a perfect location as it is very close to Palma. Our guests will enjoy all the cultural and gastronomic offer that the city of Palma gives. This makes it perfect to come and visit us in other times of the year, we have many sunny days in winters too! We highly recommend to our guests to hire a car and discover all the small and charming spots that our beautiful Island offers. I will be pleased to give some good and useful tips to our guests.
