Pros: La posizione della casa ho avuto difficolta di parcheggio

Contras: Pulizia, cuscini non idonei, letto supplementare non all’altezza del termine ,scomodo, mancanza di stoviglie per 4 persone

Pros: 1. The location is great, it's located 2 min from the central market, there is a Carrefour located right around the corner 2. The WiFi speed (300Mbps); 3. Nice apartment size; 4. Nice bed; 5. Moderately equipped kitchen; 6. The host was great and helpful;

Contras: 1. The building opposite the flat is being rennovated and there is construction noise 8-18h every day mon-friday. 2. The house rules (on the picture) were a little tight - you have to take out your garbage when you leave otherwise you will be charged "removing the trash is NOT included in the final cleaning fee"; 3. There were no shower caddies in the shower; 4. The glass shelf above the sink was missing; 5. The shower drainage was very slow; 6. Each person gets 2 towels - a small one and a normal one - 2 extra sets of towels cost 10 eur, so we went to Primark and bought 2 normal towels for 3 eur each; 7. There was no kettle; 8. There was nothing to dry the dishes on; 9. A safety deposit box would have been nice

Pros: Perfect location, just in the old town, 2 mins from Placa de l'Ajunament, close to Mercado Central, very nice Italian restaurant next to the entrance door. Clean and cozy apartment. There is a washing machine, coffee machine, air conditioning and heating and a big fridge

Contras: Not a great view from the window, just a house

Pros: Great little apartment in the old town of València - right near the central market. Location cannot be beat. Well kitted out with the essentials - washing machine was super convenient and they even had a clothes rack and small patio to hang out washing. The hosts (Enrique and Mirella) were lovely and very happy to help with any issues.

Contras: Can be little noisy at night, but nothing crazy!

Pros: Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, mieszkanie czyste, zaopatrzone we wszystkie potrzebne urządzenia, jest klimatyzacja. W mieszkaniu jest informacja dla turystów. Obsługa uprzejma.

Contras: Nie było informacji, co robić ze śmieciami. Okazało się po telefonie, że należy szukać pojemnika na śmieci na ulicy.

Pros: Ottima posizione, bellissimo appartamento

Contras: Il bagno è bello ma andrebbe aggiunto qualche appendino , qualche mensola e un tappetino Ci sono almeno 2 palazzi in costruzione e di giorno c'è troppo rumore

Pros: Amplitud de las estancias.

Contras: Mucha pelusa bajo la cama Olor humedad al entrar edificio. Mucho ruido de obras nuevo edificio al lado justo

Pros: The host Manuela was wonderful. She waited for us in the rain due to our delayed arrival. She explained everything and provided suggestions of places to eat via text once we settled in. The apartment location is great although I have to say I am happy we arrived for a weekend due to the construction of a new building in from and beside us.

Contras: The apartment was dirty 😬.... the floors were disgusting, and the bathroom walls under the sink needed a good clean. Other than that it was great. Easy fixes.

Pros: La ragazza che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è stato molto carina e disponibile, tenuto conto che l'aereo è arrivato a VLC con 40' min di ritardo. C'è stato anche modo di depositare i bagagli, molto utile perché avevamo il volo di ritorno alle 17,40. Le "amenities" da bagno erano presenti in misura più che buona. Molto soddisfatto, da ricontattare per futuri soggiorni. Anche la posizione è ottima. C'è un supermercato Carrefour dietro l'angolo, e in 2 minuti si arriva al mercato centrale. La strada è pedonale e tranquillissima di notte.

Contras: Nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Solo alcuni dettagli, ad es. un paio di ganci in più in bagno per appendere e fornire salviette per il bidet. Non sarebbe male anche qualche bene di conforto in più in cucina, ad es pane da tostare visto che c'è il tostapane, o una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo). Le capsule per il caffè erano "precise" come numero, PS confermo come hanno scritto altri che i lavori di costruzione di un palazzo accanto sono ancora in corso, dà solo un po' noia la mattina. Ovviamente non dipende dal gestore!

Pros: La equipación del apartamento y la localización. La persona que me enseñó el apartamento muy atenta.

Contras: El inodoro y el sofá estaban sucios. También había manchas en el suelo. Mucho ruido desde antes de las 8, están construyendo un edificio justo enfrente.
