The apartment is 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in one and 2 single beds in the other. Our Tourism Licence Number is VV.MU.1004-1. Air conditioning is in both bedrooms plus the living room but please when using this in the summer close all the doors to benefit from them. Also please turn them off when not required or not in. Remote controls are available with one for both bedrooms and a separate one for the living room. A Samsung 32 inch Smart TV is available with satellite channels featuring all UK terrestrial programmes from channel 99 onwards. Full instructions for use are provided plus the TV Smart Button allows you to log into a Netflix account if you have one. Pool towels and standard towels are supplied together with bed linen. The outside table and chairs will be all set up for you and there are sun loungers available but if you take these to the pool please bring them back to the outside patio each evening. A washing machine is in the small laundry room at the back of the kitchen together with an iron and ironing board Recent changes to procedures on the resort are available. We bought this apartment 4 years ago and love going there each year. The location is fantastic and the facilities on the resort are very good with reasonable prices in the restaurant. Its a great place to relax and enjoy some sunshine plus a bit of peace and quiet. We hope you feel the same after your visit. The apartment is very close to the Hacienda restaurant / golf driving range and shop. Its a 5 min walk to these amenities. The pool is literally 15 seconds away and is great for both adults and children. Coupled with this tennis courts are located on the resort and the golf course is probably one of the best in the area. A tough challenge of the back tees and a little more gentle of the yellows. Good news! The restaurants and bars Sandalo, Trattoria Acacia, The Wood House & El Casón are now allowed to open after the Covid 19 lockdown!
