Contras: Район вроде бы в центре,но дом находиться на непонятной улице в кругу индийских магазинов и всего прочего,было не уютно ходить рядом с домом

Pros: La cama era muy comoda. La cocina muy bien equipada.

Contras: El sofá era cama pero era imposible dormir ahí. Deberíais pensar en sustituirlo por otro mas confortable. El baño escaso de espacio para colocar enseres de aseo.

Pros: A nicely located, clean apartment with all of the basic amenities one may need. However during our stay a strong chemical smell of freshly painted bathroom tiles killed all of the pleasure of staying there. We have tried to contact the owner in fear for our health but nobody replied. Apartament, czysty , posiadający wszystkie podstawowe udogodnienia, dobrze położony, jednak w trakcie naszego pobytu z nowo wymalownych kafli z łazienki śmierdziało farba, bardzo intensywnie . A właściciele byli niedostepni w tej sprawie.

We have tried to contact the owner in fear for our health but nobody replied. We tried to contact Madflats but they have ignored us completely. First they responded with an information that they don’t work on weekends and then they never wrote or called back. Even after we tried to contact them via WhatsApp there was no response. This is highly unprofessional of them and the more saddening given the fact that the apartment is very nice. They definitely should have informed us beforehand about the chemicals. Especially that the temperatures outside were so low that we were not able to open the windows to let the fresh air in. Normally the apartment would get a better rating from us but the overall experience is very negative and we are dissatisfied with the service. It seems as if the owners didn’t care about the customers once they received their payment. W trakcie naszego pobytu z nowo wymalownych kafli z łazienki śmierdziało farba, bardzo intensywnie . Mimo prób kontaktu z Madflats zostaliśmy zupełnie zignorowani, napisano nam , że w weekend nie pracuja , pożniej juz nikt nie odpowiedział na korespondencje na WhatsApp w tej sprawie. Bardzo nam przykro, bo aparatament robił dobre wrażenie i szkoda, że wcześniej nikt nie powiadomił nas o ewentualnych niedogodnościach. A na dworze było na tyle chłodno, że nie można było spać przy otwartym oknie. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście obsługi. Szkoda, bo w normalnych warunkach, Apartament zasługuje na lepsza ocenę.

Pros: Пешком до центра 20мин.Близко большой супер и метро. Кухня неплохо оборудована.

Contras: Завтрак не включен. Квартира в жилом доме. Напротив бар. Вечером шумно. Квартира может быть удобна не более чем на 2 человека. В салоне после открытия дивана для сна, пройти в кухню или душ невозможно.

Pros: El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene excelente ubicación y cuenta con todos los servicios. ¡Muy recomendable!

Contras: Es un lugar muy animado, por lo que el descanso puede estar complicado; ya que hay mucho ruido en la calle.

Pros: 1,5 km from the Plaza Mayor, walkable distance

Contras: Was the worst experience in Madrid. First of all we arrived and apartment wasn't ready, so after 6 hours of driving we couldn't relax. Then suddenly after charging money for the apartment there was another charge of 250 EU of a deposit, that wasn't said on profile in advance. The street is very very noisy, full of bars and creepy people living there. Too expensive for this experience.
