Newly renovated completely self-contained 2 bedroom apartment above private villa in Benissa Costa mid-way between the coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. Less than 2km from beautiful coves and beaches with shops, bars and restaurants in abundance just a 10 minute drive away. The apartment offers every convenience with free wifi, large lounge/diner, family bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, plus a huge private terrace offering both sea and mountain views.
An ex-pat from the UK I took early retirement and moved to Spain in 2019 and have never looked back! Getting the villa up to scratch took a lot of love, hard work and broken nails....but definitely worth it! Having completely refurbished the apartment above my private villa I am now looking forward to welcoming new guests and hopefully making new friends. This is a beautiful part of the world and there is so much to enjoy locally. I hope you decide to join me - there is a warm welcome awaiting you and of course a bottle of chilled Cava as a welcome gift! You will of course enjoy total privacy during your stay, but as I am resident on the premises living in my private accommodation below, I am always on hand to assist if you need anything. For your peace of mind I can assure you that the entire apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised to Government guidelines in advance of all new bookings As landlady, I occupy the lower part of the villa and will be available on site to assist with any queries, and help with advising on some of the best places to visit in the local area.
