You won't find another room of this quality in Barcelona for this price! Our lovely house is located in a pretty and safe area of Barcelona. The room is furnished to a high standard, including TV, and hairdryer. The beds are brand new with a wonderfully comfortable mattress. A bathroom and separate toilet are just in the hall. IMPORTANT!! The apartment occupancy is up to 9 guests, but there is the possibility for renting for less guests with less room available. Early check in -under request- before 16:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 30 and is made directly at the apartment. Late check-in after 22:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 and is made directly at the apartment. We ask everybody to take out the garbage every day between 20:00-00:00 outside the building

The location is ideal: Just 1 block and a half from the famous street LAS RAMBLAS, one block to the metro Liceu (green line) and 10 minutes from PLAZA CATALUNYA. The beach is 15 minutes by foot. You have several supermarkets, discoteques, bars, within 100 meters of the flats.
