Alzinar is a rural accommodation surrounded by nature. It's the perfect place for families who want to share their time, but could also need some private space - the building comprises 300 square meters and has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms on 150 square meters and 150 square meters more with a large kitchen, a large dining room, a TV room and a wintergarden with views over the valley. Guests have the whole house for themselves, including the pool. Apart from the buildings that conform the property, there are no direct neighbours.
I rent the house for my parents, who are digital newbies. They live on the other side of the property and are available if our guests need anything.
The farmhouse Alzinar is situated right in between Artà and Sant Llorenç, in the Northeast of Mallorca. As the property isn't located on the coast, the surroundings are quiet, but you are only 15 minutes away from the nearest beautiful beach.
