La Finca El Lance se encuentra en una zona preciosa de El Tanque, a 550 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Ocupa unos graneros y establos remodelados que dan a una terraza con vistas a unos jardines preciosos. La Finca El Lance se encuentra en una finca rodeada por una cordillera volcánica y ofrece vistas al océano. Presenta un diseño original y dispone de utensilios para la elaboración de vino, incluidas una prensa de uvas y un trilladero para triturar uvas. Las casas de la Finca El Lance son muy bonitas, presentan una decoración típica y ofrecen techo con vigas, suelo de terracota y una zona de estar con chimenea y TV. La cocina incluye nevera, microondas, tostadora y cafetera. El establecimiento Tanque se encuentra entre los parques de Chinyero y de los Acantilados de La Culata, a unos 15 minutos en coche de Garachico y la costa.
Welcome to the island. The Finca El Lance offers another way to experience holidays. It has the status of Casa Emblematica, which means of a special historical interest for the Canary Islands. There are 6 houses on the property, which extends over a total garden area of 4300 m2. The over 200 years old wine press and the restored Treschplatz are beautifully integrated into the garden. The property dates from around 1800. The suptropical garden, which lies over 550m above sea level, offers all guests a fantastic view of the sea. For each house there is a private terrace with barbecue area. There is free private parking and a WiFi system.

In the beautiful, exotic garden something blooms at any time of the year and scents in the silence conquer our senses. The breathtaking view over the large pool ( sea ) and even the audible noise of its surf impresses. Five guest houses, reconstructed in the Canarian old architectural style, are ideally suited to the terrain. Each one impresses with its charm and privacy around the house with its own garden and barbecue area. A walk through the 4300m2 large property leads you past small niches where you can sit down and enjoy the moment: a garden of Eden, like heaven on earth. The Van der Vooren family, who stood in front of dilapidated old houses in 1988, built this property so beautifully. El Tanque can be reached by car in a good hour, both from Aireport - South and - North. It is a quiet village with over 3500 inhabitants. Tourists are rare. All shops are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Between 5 different restaurants the food can be varied. Also a very good starting point for hikers. The sea is about 20 minutes away by car. The highest mountain of Spain lies with us on Tenerife, the Teide lies 3714 m above sea level.
