It offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a living room with dining area, and spectacular views over the Marina and beyond. Features : a wide screen 50" flat screen TV with international channels and Fiber Optics high speed internet, a terrace with outside furniture and unobstructed views to the Mediterranean sea, the Marina and the yachts ; a kitchen with brand new state of the art appliances and cabinetry;  an Nespresso machine, and everything that you need at home away from home. The top floor also features the master suite with a plush king size bed and views over the marina. On the ground ; floor are two other bedrooms with their own bathrooms, one also features a king size bed, the other to twin beds. Sotogrande Marina – centred around the stunning marina with numerous luxury berths and whose waterfront architecture in vibrant colours ranks among the most attractive in Spain, Sotogrande Marina has a good choice of restaurants, bars and boutiques. There are several great beaches within walking distance, Playa Sotogrande with El Cucurucho beach club, Playa Paseo del Mar with El Octógono Beach Club, and Playa Guadalquiton among others. There is a multitude of great restaurants bars and boutiques on the port. 2 minutes drive away is the picturesque village of Torreguadiaro with very typical Andalusian restaurants and beach bars.
