Contras: Tener que desplazarme casi una hora para la recogida de las llaves. Información no accesible ó no fácilmente accesible previo a realización de la reserva. No tenia calefacción.

Pros: Locul unde e plasat apartamentul e perfect daca vrei sa vizitezi orasul.Esti foarte aproape de Sagrada familia de unde poti incepe turul de atractii. Barceloneta este la 4 statii de metrou, in zona sunt multe terase, magazinul nonstop e la coltul blocului iar un la 10 min de mers pe jos este un complex de magazine alimentare si de fast food. Restaurantele au preturi foarte bune fata de restul orasului si mancarea este foarte gustoasa. Pana la aeroport faci o ora cu metroul L4 si apoi autobuzul A1 te lasa direct la locul de check in.

Contras: Preluarea cheilor de la biroul central este putin peste mana dar de acolo la apartament ajungi in 20 de minute cu tranvaiul sau cu metroul.

Pros: Really nice place, full apartment. Well equipped and very well secured - you have keys to entry doors, elevator, and your apartment.

Contras: Keys pick up. You need to go to a different location to pick up the keys - for a short stay - one night as I did - very inconvenient. I do not recal this detail on the posting while booking.

Pros: Apartment well kept, everything as in pictures. Apartment complex safe and well kept, great location, with small super market around corner open 24H. Kitchen was very well equipped, bathroom ample and clean enough, shower good, could use an update though. Bed was good quality, so where the bed linens.

Contras: Line of 20 plus people waiting for almost 2 hours to get their keys. Only two employees who tried to do their best but where severely understaffed. On top the location to pick up the keys was about 5 km away from the apartment, which is not walking distance with a suitcase. This should be considered by the rental agency!!! And do make the check in process faster, otherwise people will not repeat their experience with this rental agency.

Pros: The location was great due to it being next to the underground, making it easy to get around Barcelona. There was also supermarkets near by to the apartment. The facilities at the apartment were great for all our daily needs.

Contras: We found it quite difficult to get to the property as there were no signs indicating where the apartment was located.

Pros: Месторасположение прекрасное. Удобно, что можно пешком дойти до пляжа (15-20 минут). До центра можно добраться на метро, трамвае или пешком. Квартира небольшая, но вполне удобная.

Contras: Очень опасный душ в квартире. Плитка скользит. Пару раз мы падали, нужна предельная концентрация во время посещения душа))) Не понравилось, что квартиру сдает агентство, о чем не предупреждается до бронирования. Ключи необходимо забирать в центре города, причем в выходной день адрес офиса другой. Нам пришлось доезжать до них на такси, после получения ключей, ловить новое такси. Это лишние деньги и время. В офисе огромная очередь, очень неприветливый персонал. Оставить чемоданы до заселения или после (на час-два) возможно только в офисе, в квартире не разрешают. Блокируют на карте депозит 200 евро на случай поломки имущества. Очень надеемся, что хотя бы не снимут штраф, поскольку квартира уставшая и фотографировать все это при заселении не было времени и желания. В эту квартиру не вернемся, но местоположение отличное.

Contras: keys to apartment not near the apartment. process of getting the keys is very long. too many people waiting for the keys. 200 euro deposit. too hard to find the apartment. there is washing machine, but too little washing gel or anything like that

Pros: Location, safety, clean, modern.

Contras: Poor check in service. No clear information from the worker about the building and surrounding area. We also had to wait 20 minutes for him to arrive to let us in, despite arriving exactly at the time we had specified to arrive (11.45). We were disappointed to have to pay an additional 30 euros for this unprofessional service.

Pros: Great location, shared pool

Contras: The broken ironing board which almost broke my foot when it collapsed
