In La Zenia you will find everything you need for a sunshine and beach holiday including the new Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping and entertainment centre on the Costa Blanca. Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Villamartin Plaza have many excellent International restaurants and some well renowned Irish bars. There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness, you are within 10 minutes walking distance to the fabulous La Zenia beach where water sports are available during the summer months. This is a superbly located villa providing a great base for larger families. The location of this apartment means that car hire is not essential but recommended if you want to explore all that the southern Costa Blanca has to offer. There is selection of golf courses in the area. Campo de golf & Real Club de Golf Campoamar is less than 10 mins by car both offering premier golfing facilities. One of the finest courses in Europe, Las Rambles, is just a 12-minute drive away.
