Our Property is located just 100 m. to the Sagrada Familia main facade, the icon of Barcelona. All apartments feature 4 balconies making them excepcionally light!. Full front view to the church from 2 of the balconies in the spacious living room. And our 130 m2 shared panoramic roof terrace is a must you should not miss!
We love sports and allways happy to share our experience with you. We also live in the building and take care of all our guests suggestions along the stay. Love spanish and catalan cuisine and manage our restaurant on the ground floor of the building "El Tastet de L´Artur" offering special breakfast and day menus to our guests.
Eixample neighbourhood is a centric residential area. Safe, clean and not so crowdy You will find lots of local supermarkets and all other kind of services and a fresh food market just 100 m from us. Because being beside the main site of the city conections are excelent to all other sites. 2 Metro lines, 12 bus lines and a taxi station just 1 minute far from the apartments.
Pros: Der Blick auf die Sagrada Familia ist der Wahnsinn ! Das Personal war sehr sehr aufmerksam und super nett , der Herr an der Rezeption hat uns super tolle Tipps gegeben, bezüglich Restaurants , Lieblingsorte und Geheimtipps. Alles in allem ein super Wochenende! Das Highlight war jedoch die Dachterasse und abends der Blick auf die angestrahlte Sagrada !!!!

Pros: - Proximité du parking souterrain - La vue - La propreté de l'appartement - La terrasse - L'accueil très professionnel
Contras: - il Pourrait y avoir plus de guides sur Barcelone dans l'appartement, + un plan + quelques recommandations pour sortir - Le lit matrimonial pourrait être un peu plus large - mais il était confortable - L'équipement de cuisine est un peu basique, mais cela ne dérange pas pour les courts séjours.
