The Golden Beach II complex is very quiet and set in a lovely garden with pool. It is only 6 minutes walk to lovely blue flag 'Arenal' beach which also has many bars/restaurants. The apartment is on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so gives total privacy for 4 people. There is a large patio at the rear of the apartment with access from the lounge and master bedroom with sunbeds for private sunbathing. If you have children you can sit on the front patio and keep an eye on them whilst they are in the communal pool. The apartment has been recently decorated and has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and all pots/pans etc. The entertainment system has a 40" television which has both satellite and local TV channels. There is a DVD and stereo music system in the lounge and a smaller TV and DVD player in the master bedroom. It is the perfect place to stay and relax with all amenities only a short distance away when you want to eat, drink or just lay on the beach.
We are a retired couple who live in Spain all the time and enjoy the lovely weather, great food and really friendly people. There is so much to do here and you can enjoy outdoor living in sunshine for 330 days of the year. Its paradise.
The area around the apartment is very quiet and the perfect place to relax and unwind, yet only 6 mnutes from the main beach where you can eat, drink and swim in the blue flag water. You dont need a car to get around and there are many bars, cafes and restaurants at the beach area within easy walking distance. The nearest supermarket is just 2 minutes walk and so is the nearest medical centre and pharmacy if you need them. It really is a lovely area.
