Hola, soy Elena, estudié en Sevilla pero llevo ya más de veinticinco años viviendo en el RU. El apartamento que véis es mi hogar en España y me encanta ir allí. Así que espero que os guste tanto como a mí.
Es un apartamento muy bonito, ubicado en un precioso corral en el centro de Sevilla. A mi me encanta la luz y la alegría que entra por su claraboya y por los tres balcones exteriores.
La Alameda de Hércules, donde está ubicado el apartamento, es una plaza preciosa en la que encontraréis absolutamente de todo: infinidad de bares y restaurantes, parques de juegos para los niños, tiendas de alimentación y un supermercado, farmacia, Centro Médico, puestos de alquileres de bicicletas, un multicines... ¡Es difícil pensar en algo que no se pueda encontrar en la Alameda!

Pros: The apartment is located in a traditional building which is very beautiful. The pictures don’t do the apartment justice; it’s even nicer in real life. The apartment is well-designed and well-equipped. It has a good coffee machine and capsules were provided. The staff were friendly and on-hand to answer my questions before my stay. They were able to be flexible with check-in and check-out times because of the timings of the previous and subsequent guests which made a huge difference for me. The location is excellent; Alameda is a really cool place to hang out with lots of excellent bars and restaurants. High quality apartment, good price - I would definitely repeat.
Contras: I had to pick up the keys from the office rather than someone meeting me at the apartment, as advertised. The company paid for a taxi to take me to the apartment afterwards so no complaints really. One toilet roll provided for a four night stay! They could have provided a few more rolls taking into account the length of the stay. The pillows were uncomfortable but I am difficult to please in this respect. I’ve never stayed in any accommodation in Seville that had great pillows! The kitchen is really well-equipped but a bottle of olive oil would have been lovely and so useful! The apartment is above a bar so it’s noisy at night. The shutters drown out he sound but might not be best for light sleepers. Personally I think it’s worth it for the location and for the quality of the apartment which is excellent.

Pros: Als wir das Haus suchten, waren wir unsicher, ob wir richtig sind, da es von außen nicht so ansprechend aussieht. Die Ausstattung von innen war aber sehr gut und die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Es liegt sehr zentral und wir können es empfehlen.
Contras: Vom Bett aus konnte man die Putzutensilien neben dem Schrank sehen. Ein Vorhang davor, wäre schön.
