Pros: great location, helpful correspondence with the english speaker of the couple who own the place, the wife who is not living there. it is super super clean and new place, the husband is living in the apt and is keeping it extremely clean. he doesn't speak much english, so much he did my laundry without me asking ! it was a nice surprise
Contras: no heat in the rooms, no coffee or te a bring your own. the owner has some cleaning obsession and poor people skills- he never offer coffee unless you ask , while having breakfast at 9 am he asked me to clear my stuff so he could clean, i said no, i am having breakfast and check out is noon, so he started bluntly to iron in the kitchen, making the rest of my breakfast unpleasant.i told him it wasn't nice and it is hurtful, but i believe he has no idea what is wrong.
