Pros: la ubicación

Pros: A very open apartment with good natural light. Comfortable living space and all needs catered for.

Contras: On the initial booking the inference was that there would be a terrace. This was not the case. Glass table top in centre of lounge area we had to move as we had several incidents of catching our shins on corners. There were no tea towels but if this is all I can comment on I think it is safe to suggest that this apartment would more than likely be sufficient for most.

Pros: Location excellent,within a comfortable walk of most facilities, local shops,cafes etc.Interior layout a bit spartan , could do with a few pictures on walls, more soft furnishings, kitchen excellent, building quirky and interesting.

Contras: Reception was a bit confusing , a non-Spanish speaker would have problems in arranging key collection.

Pros: l'emplacement et l'appartement vaste

Contras: ascenseur trop petit. le fauteui roulant d'une personne à mobilité réduite ne rentre pas. pas de service de consigne de bagage... dommage!!!

Pros: The location was great.

Contras: The beds were rock hard and the pillows were not too great.

Pros: L'appartement était spacieux, propre et bien situé. Il y a une bouche de métro à proximité et un agréable restaurant. La boulangerie est facilement accessible ainsi que les petits commerces.

Contras: Nous avions prévenu de notre arrivée tardive entre 21h et 22h. Nous sommes arrivées à 21h40 et il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Nous avons dû téléphoner pour qu'une personne un peu pressée arrive pour nous remettre les clés. Il y a deux appareils air conditionné défectueux dans les plus grandes chambres Le voisinage (home pour personnes âgées) est bruyant. Les cuisines occupées dès 5h30 du matin et parfois jusque minuit

Pros: Kindness of assistant at check in, terrace, location

Contras: Waiting time for check in after a hard day... better information from agent would have been appreciated, many deficiencies in apartment... not properly maintained

Pros: Spacious, clean, and lovely terrace! Kitchen was well equipped if you like to do some cooking.

Contras: Everything is great for this property apart from the bathroom 1) the water pressure was not comparable to most hotels if you prefer strong water pressure. 2) the shower space was a bit small even though the bathroom has sufficient space 3) hair dryer was strong but the hair styling head was broken

Pros: Lägenheten låg väldigt centralt och bra till.

Contras: Vi fick vänta ganska länge på att få nycklarna till lägenheten, som tur var så fanns det en bar i närheten, så till sist satte vi oss ner och väntade. Tyvärr fanns inte nätverket till wifi, så wifi fungerade inte, men vi klarade oss ändå. Det kom en del kondens från AC, så det blev en del vatten på golvet vid två tillfällen. Inredningen var lite trasig på sina ställen, en lampa och sneda bord, en dusch gick inte att sätta upp på väggen då upphängningen var trasig, lite trist då detta var ett 4 stjärnigt boende. Vi missade tyvärr att läsa på baksidan av "kontraktet", så vi missade att diska upp efter oss sista dagen.
