The White Flats Les Corts

Pros: Pis cèntric, ben comunicat.

Contras: Veïns molt poc respectuosos. Tenien la música molt alta a les 23,00.

Contras: La mini TV dans un grand salon

Pros: Well-equipped kitchen, available washing machine and cosy, stylish interior - everything you need to stay in Madrid for few days. Comfortable flat at easy to reach location in vibrant, multicultural district of Lavapies. Friendly and responsive hosts.

Pros: Ottima posizione! Appartamento molto carino e completo di tutto.

Contras: Lenzuola e cuscini avevano non avevano un buon odore.

Pros: The apartment itself very nice and clean. It has all the basic amenities that one needs. I enjoyed watching Netflix and streaming on my laptop with free wi-fi services. Communication between us and the owners was very good, something important especially when renting a private apartment. They were professional and very attentive at all times. Late check-in was possible with no hassle- we were provided with instructions on how to check into the apartment, especially when we had made it a day late. We appreciate the flexibility that the owners had with our situation. The location was good relative to the transportation- we had no problem catching the train to Puerta de Atocha, and neither to Plaza Mayor nor Puerta del Sol. The area is centric albeit quite dirty.

Contras: The only thing that I found to be a negative was the surrounding areas. They were not as nice as I expected them to be but nonetheless this is at no fault of the property. I would go to the grocery store at night with absolutely no problems or issues and we left very early to catch a train to the next city we were visiting. Looks can be deceiving.

Pros: L'appartamento era pulito e la posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro.

Pros: Very cute/cozy. Location was good. Very close to metro bus station and 24 hour grocery. Once you are at the apartment, the location is good. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we actually felt safe once we got out and walked around.

Contras: Parking was horrible and super confusing. We had a rental car and thought we were parked in a legal parking spot since there were tons of cars parked there as well, but I ended up getting 3 parking tickets because apparently the green lines mean it’s for residents only, but there were no signs staring that. Highly recommend parking in a garbage and just leave it parked. Take taxis or metro buses everywhere.

Pros: It's close by city center (puerta del sol) , approximately 1.2km on walk. The apartment is clean and well equipped.

Contras: The neighborhood is populated by a lot of immigrants and in the night you are not so comfortable when walking on streets. If you will come with a car it's imposible to get a parking lot near the property to drop of the baggages.
