Pros: The location was very good for a first time visit to Seville. It is in a central location and within easy walking distance of the centre and the main tourist sites. There is a local supermarket close at hand and a convenient taxi rank at the end of the pedestrian area. Eating out is well catered for with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. The air conditioning within the apartment worked well and the apartment was well stocked with all the essential items. We were met by the hosts representative who was very helpful and gave us plenty of information about the best things for a tourist to do in Seville.
Contras: There were a number of rough sleepers in the shelter of the property opposite however, they were not a problem and the area was kept clean and tidy by the shop keepers. We could not find an English speaking channel on the TV but, again, not a problem as we then listened to the radio.

Contras: Demora en check in. Mucho olor a humedad en la habitación y muy ruidosa la calle.

Pros: Location was great and the flat was pretty a s clean. The little Carrefour downstairs was perfect for fresh bread in the morning. Host was very friendly.
Contras: The street and neighbours were very noisy. Street (people and bin collection, entrance door slamming) noise didn't quiet down until 2am to start again around 7.30am. That was the case for the 3 nights we stayed. There was a large damp patch in the bedroom and no adequate bed linen for the sofa bed (only single sheets) Toilet seat was broken and the flush was temperamental.

Pros: Really comfortable,tidy and well equipped apartment on a nice pedestrian street in a great location. All the sights are within walking distance. Small supermarket around the corner. Fast WiFi, good shower with gel and shampoo provided, comfy couch. Great host, always replied quickly if i ever need info on anything.

Pros: La posizione è eccellente.
Contras: Alla chiusura dei negozi, alcuni senzatetto dormivano nel porticato di fronte all'appartamento (vista dal balcone). Nessun fastidio, comunque.

Pros: Appartamento molto carino, esattamente come nelle foto fornite dalla struttura. Cucina ben accessoriata. L’appartamento si affaccia su una via pedonale molta carina e piena di negozi, posizione perfetta per visitare Siviglia a piedi in tutta tranquillità.
Contras: Il rumore proveniente dalla via pedonale, che di notte può disturbare il sonno.

Pros: O apartamento é bem localizado e limpo e possui todas as facilidades para que você possa fazer refeições rápidas no local. A Irene e a Sandra são bastante atenciosas e acessíveis. Adoramos a nossa estadia em Sevilha!
