Pros: - The location of the apartment, being near Plaza España is perfect for Airport tranfers and going to the city center (Aerobus / Subway / Train is as far as a 5min walk max); - The space, good for a person or a couple but no more although the ad says it can accommodate more I do not recommend it; - The room and the bed, very comfortable and with enough storage space; - The balcony, although a little small it's not bad, and the view;
Contras: - Check-in, although the office is not far away it's not very comfortable to go forth and back with all the travel bags. By car / taxi is not bad but on foot it is; - The staircase, although I knew that there was no elevator, they're still too narrow to carry all the travel bags or even shopping bags; - The bathroom, very cold and always humid (the window is super small and everything is always humid in the bathroom, bath towels, etc); - The shower, some of the holes in the shower seemed to be blocked, this caused the water to come out with too much pressure through the other holes. Whenever I turned on the shower it looked like it was piercing my skin; - The TV was not configured, it had no channels stored in memory and always asked to store channels because it was empty, and in the end it always stayed the same; - The apartment is cold, especially in the room, it has no heating and the air conditioning does not work well; - The availability, practically nonexistent, of the host. After explaining all the problems of the apartment for two consecutive weeks (I've stayed for three whole weeks) what have they done? Well, although at least they have answered me, they have not done anything at all, so I have given up asking them anything and stayed until the end the reservation period in the same way.
