Contras: I arrived the 31 of December, before my friends arrived. The day before I had a text message from the host asking me at what time I will arrive I told him. when I arrived I've waited 1hour and 40 minutes in front of the appartement. The person of the agency didn't reply to me for more than 1 hour on the phone I had to call like 5/6 times + SMS + messages on Whats ap. When I finally went into the appartement I made a reservation for an appartement with 2 singles beds + 2 double beds. We all wanted to have our own bed so I sent an email before to the agency to check if it was 4 real beds, on the photos you could see pictures of the bedroom but BAD SURPRISE when I finally went in the appartement you had one very small bedroom with 1 single bed (and no curtains if you are sensitive to light), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and the other bed room with a double bed + a small camp bed (too small for me I couldn't even fit inside). I've checked on the photos of the announce with the person in charge of the check in and we could see one bedroom with 2 single beds but they told me it was an other appartement and the anounce is a mix of photos several appartements. I have double checked with booking and in the configuration of the appartement was describe as 3 bedrooms including one with 2 singles beds so the announce is not correct. We really wanted for individual REAL beds as it was mentioned. You also have to know there is no real radiator so we had to use the AC to bring some warm. Don't go.
