Pros: The location, the layout, the well stocked kitchen, the abundance of heaters and ACs, et al. Everything worked - electrics, plumbing, etc. Most of all - Marta who welcomes you with a smile and sunny disposition, tells you what to do and where to eat and is always available on whatsapp.

Contras: Not that important but because the flat is at the back of the building and the street itself does not get much sun, there is a lack of natural light

Pros: Spacious well equipped apartment right in town, so easy to walk anywhere, loved it. Mostly very quiet, so a good nights sleep had in comfy beds.

Contras: The apartment was at the back of the buildings, with no street views ( hence quieter:) )

Pros: Ampio appartamento, ottimamente organizzato. Strategica la posizione, le migliori siti da visitare tutti assolutamente vicini.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and suited all our needs for our 4 night stay in Seville. It is very well located near shops and bars but is very quiet at night too. Would come back to this property if we visited Seville again

Contras: There was some building work going on opposite us so was a bit noisy early morning on a couple of occasions

Pros: The location is really a thing. Very central. You can go to every part of the city in nearly 10 minutes walking. Even if you are in the city centre, the street itself is calm. You can find many restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops around. Marta, our host, was very kind. The apartment is spacious and perfect to live Seville like a local. The bed, mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Was really nice to have written restaurants/tapas bar recommendations.

Contras: As a suggestion, an oven would be really useful.

Pros: emplacement idéal pour séjourner avec des enfants : on n'a pas besoin de marcher beaucoup pour être au coeur de la ville. confortable et bien équipé.

Pros: Non mancava nulla, dotato di tutti i confort. Ricordatevi di comprare le cialde Nespresso. Posizione ottima

Pros: Very central unit. Easily accessed and close to supermarket. Quiet and clean.

Contras: Nothing

Pros: Habia de todo lo que necesitabamos. Nos dejaron agua preparada en la nevera. Un detalle. Con la calor que hacia. Gracias

Pros: El apartamento tenía de todo, incluso cápsulas de café para el desayuno. Ubicado en el centro, a un paso de muchos sitios a visitar. Veronica nos estaba esperando cuando llegamos y fue muy amable. Nos recomendó los sitios a visitar en Sevilla así como restaurantes de la zona. Todo fueron facilidades. Gracias!
