This house is very well located, close to the beach and amenities, a car is not necessary at all, since the train stations is only 300 meters away connecting with the airport, long distance high-speed main train station and Málaga city centre (in less than 20 minutes). Although there are hotels in the area, most of the people living in the neighbourhood are permanent residents, so the atmosphere is quite cosy, quiet and Spanish. The house is fully equipped with anything that you may need to feel like at home. The area is ideal for families with children of any age and people who travel with pets. The house looks into the pool and communal area was newly refurbished a few years ago. WIFI at 50Mb of download and A/C included in the price.
I love traveling and holidays and in general, when I travel I also prefer to rent accommodation. That also gives me the sense of what people may need during their stay and they will expect from my accommodation. I always supervise and organise the accommodation before my guests arrive. I enjoy speaking foreign languages and when I have the opportunity it is always a pleasure for me to meet my guests and give them tips regarding what to visit and where to eat. Los Alamos is perfectly located, very close to the beach and amenities. Nearby is Plaza Mayor shopping /leisure centre and the Real Club the Golf. Málaga historic centre is only 20 minutes away by train. Aqualand and Crocodile Park are also very close. Neighbourhood even if close to everything is very quiet and family orientated.
