The apartment is situated in the authentical non turistical old part of Malaga. Just 5 min by walking and the sea promenade Paseo Maritimo invites you to enjoy the seafood in the restaurants on the beach or to play with your children on the playground, make your fitness in the sport area or to relax on the warm sand of the beach. 10 min by car or by bus and you are in the historical centre. Near the house there are supermarkets and the market with the freshest seafood, fish, vegetables and fruit. The house has 4 floors, the apartment is on the 3d. There is no lift but the stairs are comfortable and not steep. The windows in the apartment are PVC so the noise of street will not disturb you.
