Pros: The host, Teresa, was just lovely and very accommodating! It had the amenities that my sister and I needed - washer, kitchen, microwave, wifi. And very convenient as well! The Seville main train station is nearby, there is a supermarket right below the building, an Aldi store around the block, and the whole city center is about 1km away. We just walked most of the time. Teresa was also flexible about the hours. She allowed us to leave our bags since we had an evening flight. And of course, value for money. This apartment could fit 4. A bit cramped, but can definitely accommodate 4. Although when we stayed, it was just me and my sister. Highly recommended! Would stay here again if I came back to Seville!

Contras: It's a bit of a climb if you have big bags because the flat is on the 3rd floor of the building. The apartment was generally clean- although I felt like the sheets could be more comfortable.

Pros: The host was very helpful and welcoming. She was waiting for us at our arrival. She provided us with a map and precious advice on how to get to main attractions. She even helped us pick and booked for us a Flamenco Show and it was just excellent! She made us feel at home! All the information that was announced in the ad was correct.

Contras: Nothing, everything went really smoothly. Just make sure to travel with small and light suitcases not to be challenged by space and steps.

Pros: Teresa was a lovely host and insisted on carrying out cases NB to the apartment

Contras: Rather a lot of stairs, ok for us but not everyone

Pros: The host was very friendly, helped me carry the luggage to the room even this building doesn't have elevator. She also explaining locations and attractions nearby the accommodation and offer her help to book Flamenco show for me. The room itself is clean and comfortable, with all air conditioners, kitchen, private bathroom and living room. This place is perfect for family or even a solo traveler. Very near to bus stop and train station, all in walkable range. Thumbs up! :D

Pros: Apartamento confortável com todas as comodidades necessárias e muito bem localizado, apenas 15 minutos a andar até ao centro histórico. Extremamente limpo e com uma anfitriã super simpática.

Pros: Todo estuvo estupendo, Teresa la dueña fue muy amable y flexible. Volveremos sin duda.

Pros: Ottima locazione come posizione per chi arriva in macchina, 10 minuti dalle cattedrale e servita da centri commerciali. Per chi non pretende tanto è un piccolo appartamento che non manca nulla, pulito, curato e completo di tutti i servizi ed effetti letterecci e condizionatori. Straordinaria la disponibilità di Teresa per qualsiasi problema e/o informazione. Parcheggio lungo la strada e sicuro. Ve lo consiglio

Pros: Apartamento inmejorable. Teresa es la perfecta anfitriona en todos los aspectos. Muy atenta con nosotras. Hemos terminado el finde semana muy contentas con todo. Recomendable al 100%. La mejor experiencia con un apartamento de booking!!

Pros: Liked everything. If you can book this apartment, then do it without thinking. Just call the hostess in advance on the day of arrival.

Pros: O apartamento não fica muito distante das principais atrações de Sevilha. Pode-se ir à pé. Restaurantes em volta e vários super mercados, sendo um ao lado. Fomos recepcionados por Teresa. Alegre, muito acolhedora, nos ajudou com as bagagens, pois são 3 lances de escadas. Teresa nos deu todas as informações pertinentes.

Contras: Se você vai de carro, como foi no nosso caso, terá que "garimpar" onde estacionar. Felizmente, no nosso caso, não demorou mais do que 10 minutos. Simplesmente "esquecemos" do carro, só sendo "lembrado" na hora de seguir viagem.
