Pros: The apartment was extremely quiet. I am a light sleeper and usually take ear plugs everywhere with me, but I didn't need to use them at all. It was quiet to sleep/rest in, but also very well situated for the city centre, many restaurants and the metro. So, the perfect combination of quiet and convenient for everything. The other main highlight was the friendly and very attentive people managing the apartment, who were very fast to answer any questions and could not have been more helpful. I had a great stay here and would certainly recommend it.

Pros: Quiet location yet close to top attractions. Very nicely modern remodelled apartment. Comfortable bed including a bed sheet! Helpful staff.
Contras: The apt was very nice and clean, which meant there were absolutely no items of food or spice--if you need salt or pepper or oil or butter, you've got to buy it yourself. Also, the location listed in booking.com is not where you checkin, which is a 5 min walk away. Be sure to read the checkin instructions they send you. Also, we very much liked the location, but realize you are 10 min walk from any metro station.

Pros: Чистые, удобные апартаменты, полностью оборудованная кухня. Рядом парк, зоопарк и недалеко море. Много хороших кафе и ресторанов.
Contras: 2 сдвинутые односпальные кровати постоянно разъезжаются, спать невозможно рядом. Ванную комнату можно было бы обновить.
