Contras: There is a staircase for 4 floors. It was not announced. The smell is absolutely awful. Outside people piss at night beside the entry door. No way to park a car nearby.

Pros: The apartment is well located in a quiet cul de sac and within easy reach of local bars and restaurants - the nearest being 10 metres away. Many of the major attractions are also within easy reach. The nearest taxi rank is a short distance away off Plaza de la Alfalfa

Pros: Alles bestens, die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Sauber, zentral, ein Stadthaus ca 40 m2 Wohnfläche auf 5 Etagen verteilt. Sehr individuell, viele Treppen im Haus, aber dafür eine kleine Terrasse auf dem Dachgeschoss mitten im Zentrum. Witzig! Ideal für ein paar Tage.

Contras: Alles war gut.

Pros: Apartment in ideal location-close to everything but not noisy! Lots of stairs but we knew this and so not a problem. Photos make terrace and rooms look bigger than in reality but not a problem as apartment is a base for a few days not to live in! Everything well presented and clean.

Contras: Could have done with a couple more comfier chairs I’m in room off terrace. Some shelves in bedroom would have been useful

Pros: Property in a great location, staff very helpful. Apartment had everything needed for a short stay only negative would be the number of stairs you really need to be fit and mobile to stay here but had everything required.

Contras: No of stairs which are very narrow at points

Pros: Location was perfect.

Contras: L'appartamento si sviluppa su Più piani con molte scale. Bagno piccolo

Pros: Architektonische Glanzleistung: Auf kleinstem Raum alles untergebracht, 5 Klimaanlagen, 3 Toiletten und zwei Duschen machen auch die verteilten Etagen zu einer komfortablen Unterkunft

Contras: Umgebung sehr lebendig und zentral, leider auch so laut dass die ganze Nacht die Fenster geschlossen bleiben müssen

Pros: Ubicación y tranquilidad. Buen aire acondicionado. Tuvimos un problema personal de movilidad y nos facilitaron una cama plegable muy amablemente.

Contras: Escaleras. Cama pegada a pared. Acceso a la ducha estrecho. Una persona gruesa igual no puede entrar por la mampara

Pros: Posizione eccellente per la visita della città anche a piedi
