The 40 m2 apartment is located in the center of Arrecife just in front of the squeleton of "La Ballena del Charco".The main street of Arrecife with its banks, shops, restaurants, supermarkets is just 50 m from the apartment. Arrecife offers a nice front sea avenue for walking to the harbour " La Marina" and to the San Gabriel and San José Castels. You can also easely hire bikes to descover the nice avenue that goes from Arrecife to Puerto del Carmen. On saturdays mornings there is a very nice local market. The nearest beach "El reducto " is 1km from the apartment. If you hire a car, you will find free places to park arround the block. The apartment is located in a 3 floors building, with only 1 apartment each floor. The building is very quiet and has a lift.
We live 15 minutes from the apartment which makes it easy to help you with whatever you could need. My husband and I speak Spanish, French, English.
Driving only 30 minutes from Arrecife you can get to the south or the north of the Island. It makes it very convenient for the excursion. Arrecife has a nice weather and nice temperatures during the all year.
