La Casa del Agua is located in the lower part of the Old Town of Altea, 2 minutes walk from the beach, and less than a 10 minutes walk from all the places of interest (restaurants, shops, bars ...). It is an old fisherman's house, tastefully restored in the Mediterranean style, with open, bright and spacious spaces, to relax and experience as a local your vacation in one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. The house is divided into two independent apartments: - La Casa del Agua de Arriba is a two-bedroom apartment with a private garden that you will be able to enjoy all year round. - La Casa del Agua de Abajo is a one-bedroom, very spacious loft, perfect for couples. A former shipyard, it has been completely restored using eco-friendly materials. Both are well-equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in any season. The location is great: next to the sea, but inside the Old Town and accessible by car. There are several free parking lots nearby and, if you decide to use public transportation, the tram and buses are just a few minutes away.

I am passionate about hosting and about Altea, where I spend much of my time there throughout the year.
