A few steps from the Alcázar, the Cathedral, tapas bars and chic restaurants. There are two elevators and a rooftop swimming pool, a real privilege in this area. The apartment has plenty of sunlight, a stylish bathroom with shower, a beautiful living room and a kitchen fully equipped with design appliances, and a sofa bed. Air conditioning throughout the flat. You will have access to the rooftop anytime during the year and the community swimming pool just during the Summer Season (from June to end of September). The main entrance goes straight to a typical Sevillian patio where you could take some pictures. There are two elevators and the building is wheelchair accessible. We offer basic breakfast with Nespresso coffee and a selection of teas. On request, we can provide you full breakfast for a small additional fee. You can use the wifi for free, Nespresso coffee maker. The flat is wheelchair accessible.

Pros: We arrived very late a night, the host was gracious and informative about the surrounding area and places to eat.
Contras: Great apartment nothing to dislike.

Pros: The location really is spectacular!! Everywhere is accessible on foot with a 25 minute or less walk. The only time we needed a taxi was to the water park which was just a 20 minute drive! The apartment is decorated beautifully, while it is a small space the furnishings and decorations throughout are wonderful. It was also very clean.
Contras: It really isn’t suitable for 4 people. The sofa bed mattress is unbearably thin and you will not sleep. Luckily one of the members of our party was a small child but for four adults this would be impossible. We brought this up with the host and he informed us that he ordered a new mattress however due to the bank holiday weekend over our stay it would not arrive in time.. hopefully this will be remedied for future guests as it really isn’t ok for four in its current state and did ruin the holiday. Also, the apartment manual needs to have instructions for things like how to work the microwave oven, aircon, electric hob cooker, where to leave the garbage etc.. I’m a frequent traveller and this is the first time this hasn’t been included for the ease of the guests. If this is too much trouble as guests of all different languages stay then the host should show the guests upon check in.. the guests should not have to contact the host or use google to find these things out themselves.
