La Finca Bella

La Finca Bella está situada entre jardines y naranjos, a 1,5 km a las afueras de Pedreguer. Ofrece una piscina privada al aire libre, terrazas amuebladas y zona de barbacoa.

Esta hermosa villa de 2 plantas cuenta con paredes de piedra tradicionales, techos con vigas de madera a la vista y una terraza en la azotea con vistas impresionantes al valle de los alrededores, a las montañas y al mar Mediterráneo. La piscina privada varía de 1 a 2 metros de profundidad y la terraza de los alrededores está amueblada con camas balinesas y tumbonas.

En la planta baja hay una amplia cocina con amplias encimeras de azulejos. Esto se comunica con el comedor, con mesa de comedor para 8 personas y chimenea, sistema de audio de varias habitaciones y soporte para iPod para controlar la música en toda la villa y las terrazas. La sala de estar tiene chimenea, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y sistema Hi-Fi. Hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita.

En la planta superior hay 4 dormitorios y baños, incluido el dormitorio principal con cama balinesa, balcón y vistas a la piscina. Frente a esta habitación está el baño principal con bañera y ducha de estilo turco.

En el exterior hay una gran zona de césped con porterías de fútbol, zona de juegos infantil con columpios y tobogán y una cabaña de madera para niños. Está separada de la zona de la piscina por una valla.

La Finca Bella se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche de las playas y la localidad de Denia y a 11 km del parque natural del Montgó. Los aeropuertos de Alicante y Valencia están a 1 hora en coche, mientras que Calpe y Benidorm, con sus parques acuáticos y parques temáticos, como Terra Mítica y Terra Natura, se encuentran a 30 minutos en coche.

On entering you can barely see the beautiful finca hiding behind the small forest of almond and walnut trees, there is a large gravelled car park and roundabout with ample space for 5 + cars.
