Tony and I bought LaVista in 2016 after falling in love with the beautiful location and stunning views from the roof terrace. It is perfect for our family of 3 (we have an 18year Old who loves the sun as much as us) We visit as often as we can, but when we can’t - it is available for you to rent. We work closely with our agent in Spain who would meet you on site (depending on arrival time) and take copies of your passport and hand over keys. She will show you around. We love La Vista due to the proximity to the beach and the pool being just outside. If you love walking as much as I do, there are plenty of great walks and you can walk for miles. Cabo de Palos is nearby accessed by local bus outside property or 30 min walk, where you will find the local Sunday Market, some amazing restaurants, supermarkets scuba diving and boat trips. At the end of the beach you can hire pedalos, windsurfers, and paddle boards. Or you can sit with a cool glass of wine and watch the kids! In the summer months; the Chiringuitos are open on the beach and our favourite time of day is having a light supper watching the sunset on the beach. Locally there are go carts, tennis, paddle & football.
