A lovely ground floor apartment overlooking the pool on this peaceful complex. The complex was previously run as an apart-hotel but the properties have since been sold off to private owners and is now managed by a very effective team, ensuring the communal areas and facilities are well kept. The pool is surrounded by gardens and flats making it both private and peaceful. Enjoy the sound of the gentle breeze rustling through palm leaves, small birds twittering and water lapping at the edges of the pool from the privacy of your own terrace. You will also have access to the the gym room. The flat itself is very well kitted-out with a fully equipped kitchen area which includes a microwave, hob, small oven, washing machine and fridge. The living room sofa doubles up as a sofa bed. There's a TV, Blue ray DVD player and a Soundbar. We also include free WiFi. The bedroom has a double bed, large built in wardrobe, several chests of drawers and a safe which is big enough to store a laptop computer. The bathroom has been updated with a large, modern “rain shower” enclosure. The veranda is furnished with a table, lounging chairs and a parasol plus extra chairs if you have guests.
We are Britsh/French couple living in the UK and love to be able to escape the cold of winter. We bought this flat as we love the location on the complex and the complex itself. It is south facing, overlooking the pool and the gardens and incredibly relaxing.
There are a number of beaches within easy walking distance from the complex. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes walk away and 10 minutes beyond that will take you to the lively nightlife and large choice of bars and restaurants of Corralejo's vibrant heart.
