Hello, I ame from Belgium. I renovated the house in 2016 and it has been called "Le Temps de Vivre", which translated from French means: "Take the time to live". The house is overlooking the shimmering rice fields and the mediterranean which can be seen from the pool, the huge living room and the bed room. The whole has been renovated in Ibiza minimalistic style which add to the character of the setting, being so close to greater cities as Valencia and Denia, yet so peaceful. The owner, railway director, is polyglots and willing to give you guidelines in many languages. Don't miss the stories which come at floods during apero time.

I am a nature lover and chose this place for its tranquility and its magnificent settings. I live here year-around. Emile, a eleven year old Jack Russel, is the friendly guard of the house.

If you want to relax - this is you best bet. Close and far away enough from the rush of the cities you'll find luxurious tranquility on a mountain that overviews the sea and the rice fields. Lush food markets and booth sales are close, as are cheap but great value for money restaurants, so you will always have something to do. This area, due to its micro-climate, has been ranked number three for heaving the best health conditions on the statistics of the World Health Organisation. Asthma and other allergic conditions are to non existant. Longevity is a normality here.
