Located in the upcoming El Barranco area of Villamartin/Los Dolces, this townhouse is tastefuly furnished. The complex itself has a shared pool but only shared between 17 properties so is usually quiet. It also has a private roof sun terrace. Popular with families of all ages, couples and especially golfers as Villamartin Golf club is just around the corner. The property is south facing and benefits from a front garden with grassed area and dining table with an addition of having a back patio that is 3 feet from the communal swimming pool. The property also has (metered) air conditioning & Heating WIFI available free of charge to all guests.. Bedrooms Master bedroom with King Size bed. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes Bathrooms: The family bathroom has bath with overhead shower. Kitchen: The separate kitchen is well equipped with hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There are many bars, restaurants and cafés close and the Playa Flamenca Market can be easily reached on foot every Saturday. Ideally situated on the Orihuela you are close to Villamartin, Los Dolces, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia where you will find everything you need for a sunshine and beach holiday including the new Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping and entertainment center on the Costa Blanca. Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Villamartin Plaza have many excellent International restaurants and some well renowned Irish bars. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from the property for your convenience. Torrevieja is a 15 drive and has a water Park, cinema and bowling at the Habaneras shopping complex. Go-karting is also available in Playa Flamenca. There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness, you are within 10 minutes’ drive to the fabulous La Zenia beach where water sports are available during the summer months. The location of this property means that car hire although not essential is very much recommended if you want to explore all that the southern Costa Blanca has to offer.
