This fabulous villa, named after the Little Owls that live in the pine trees surrounding the neighbouring Ifach golf course, comprises a 4 bedroom main villa with accommodation over 3 floors The villa is extremely spacious with an open plan living, dining and kitchen on the first floor of the main villa. Three sets of double doors lead onto the naya (terrace) with stunning views to the Sierra Bernia mountain range and the golf course. 2 bedrooms are on this level and 2 more downstairs on the pool level. All are unique, comfortable and are air-conditioned.
Originally from Doncaster in the UK, I have lived in Spain since 2006, moving here with my 2 children who are now grown up. I live in san Jaime, Moraira/Benissa Costa in the villa when it is not being rented for holiday makers I also look after other villas for owners that still live in their home countries. Moraira is a wonderful place to live and i love being lucky enough to now call it home!
Moraira, one of the most unspoilt resorts on the Costa Blanca. It has a picturesque sea front and harbour with 18th Century castle right next to the main sandy blue flag beach. There is plenty of easy parking so it is a pleasure to wander around the exclusive shops and try out the various excellent restaurants from traditional Spanish to Italian to Japanese. Whilst bustling it is never rowdy, a variety of Fiestas all year round add to the fun! San Jaime is a well established, very desirable area less than 10 mins drive to the centre of Moraira along the coast road. It is home to the Ifach Golf Club a very beautiful 9 hole course with spectacular views. On the coast road itself and walking distance into San Jaime are a variety of restaurants,bars and the best supermarket in the area, Newsagent, There is also a Pharmacy, Dentist and bank. International Doctors only 5 mins drive away (with 24 hour cover).El Portet is a pretty bay with a lovely sandy beach just a walk from the centre of Moraira and all along the coast there are sandy,pebbly or rocky coves, some great for snorkelling, some hidden away, some with lovely little beach bars.
