Lovely loft near Barcelona center

Pros: Petit loft très bien agencé au calme à quelques pas du centre ville Décoré avec goût A proximité de commerces et de restaurants Très pratique et agréable

Pros: very comfortable apartment, quiet but equipped neighborhood and well connected to the rest of the city! many nice places for lunch and drink

Pros: Llegamos más pronto y no tuvimos ningún problema para entrar antes de la hora. Xavier es super amable. El apartamento es encantador y muy funcional; esta decorado con gusto y muy bien aprovechado el espacio. Nos encantó el baño y en general todos los detalles. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto en plena ola de calor.

Contras: Ninguna queja. Por decir algo, quizás la hora de salida a las 12 sería mejor que a las 11 :)

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to Gothic Quarter. Very safe and convenient. Many nice restaurants are nearby. The apartment is spacious and very clean with many new amenities. Communication woth Xavier was great. He was very informative and willing to help. Will stay again. A/C was great in hot summer.

Pros: Die Lage ist top. Ein ruhiges Viertel, zentral gelegen. Man erreich Altstadt, City Center & Co. in 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sauber, der Vermieter sehr nett.

Contras: Für vier Personen würde ich das Apartment nicht empfehlen. Dafür ist es zu klein. Es gibt außerdem keine Terrasse wie angegeben, sondern nur einen winzigen Balkon.

Pros: Heerlijk bed, fijne douche en super locatie. Lekker ruim appartement

Pros: Loved the location which is ideal for walking or catching the metro to the old part of Barcelona. The apartment is stylish and comfortable. I loved the space outside to dry washing, just like the locals. There is an elevator which is sometimes rare in apartments in Europe. The owner, Xavier, welcomed us and was very accommodating.

Contras: I forgot to mention to Xavier that the hair dryer didn’t seem to work properly. Otherwise all was fabulous.

Pros: The location was perfect. The apartment was well furnished and quirky.

Contras: Nothing!

Pros: Xavier was very friendly and helpful and was there ready to meet us upon arrival. He provided us with tips for restaurants, sites etc. The loft was very funky looking and was adequate for two people. We had three people staying and it was a little squashy. Although not directly near a Main Street, there were ample mini supermarkets, pharmacies, eateries etc to purchase from. The main stretch was only a short walk away- 5 minutes or so.

Contras: Although the apartment provided amenities such as a kettle, washing machine, hairdryer etc., it was lacking in those little extras that make your stay more convenient- enough coffee/tea, extra toilet paper, extra towels etc. We found that we had to go out to buy these things when we only had a short stay of three nights. A previous apartment we stayed in provided loads of tea and coffee, drinks in fridge, ample toilet paper, extra towels, blankets, pillows etc and even some chocolates. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that makes you feel valued and want to return. Also, most of the taxi drivers had never heard of the street when we used a taxi to return from a day out. You'll need to help them out.

Pros: Очень приятный лофт с удобным местоположением. Мы были с ребёнком, поэтому очень порадовала кухня со всем необходимым. Рядом магазин и метро, а также до многих объектов можно дойти пешком.
