The villa has been designed with contemporary clean lines and kitted out for comfort , being south facing it gets the sun all day , with this in mind we have with this in mind we have installed a wonderful sail on the solarium for those that seek a break from the sun, The villa has air conditioning throughout, fibre optic wifi, two smart tv's and Alexa will comply with your requests for music or news. the Pink salt lake views are spectacular from the solarium. the villa is set in a peaceful area, but night life and live entertainment is available with a short taxi ride or drive. you must check out the many restaurants and bars at the famous villa martin Plaza. if shopping is your thing then La Zenia boulevard is the place for you with many wonderful shops, bars, cafes and play facilities for the kids. Playa La Zenia is a ten minute drive from the property with soft sand and a lovely beach hut for refreshments. Villa martin has a whole host of attractions including mini golf, go karting, indoor sky diving, many golf courses, a water park and animal safari is also within driving distance and many lovely coves and beaches to explore.
