This property dates back to 1880. Fully renovated. Its located on a very quite street off one of the main roads to take u sagrada familia. The apartment is on the 3rd floor but actually 4th, as in spain 1 floor is called something else.
I am half italian half russian, but also speak english and spanish. Been in barcelona over 10 years and know the city very well! Would be happy to advise on not so touristic spots.
The neighbourhool is very quite. Accessable to the rest of the city very easily. Within 5 min walk there is passeige sant joan where u can find a fresh market and if u travel with kids about 5-6 outdoor playgrounds. There is a mini market across the street, a place for jamon, and cheese, fruits and veggies and tobacco stores. Sagrada familia is 3 blocks away!!!
