This apartment is bright modern, refurbished, front line sea view, south facing, with 2 balconies and private roof terrace in the village of Portman. 5 mins to La Manga Club for golf, football and tennis courts. The Puerto Vallarta Community has a large pool, international year round residents. Portman is typically Spanish, with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in close walking distance - perfect for any stay, especially couples, families, golfers, cyclists, walkers and water sports. The apartment is well equipped home from home, wi brand new kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Offers complimentary Wifi, coffee pods, teas and even toiletries. There's Smart television with UK/Spanish channels including Netflix. Also benefits from brand new air conditioning with cold and hot for all season stays . Basic gym equipment is available for keeping toned (free weights, mat etc). Great place for walks, beach life including snorkeling and much more. Locally there is everything you need, although a car is recommended for ease to get around and visiting further afield. There are many places of interest (cultural and historic) and sporting activities only a short drive away.

I live in the UK but I am available on WhatsApp for any support and advice. I have a lovely local couple who are only 5 minutes away who will meet and greet and show you round the apartment and will be on hand in an emergency. The complex itself has several international all year residents speaking several different languages, who are always happy to talk and recommend places to visit etc.

The village is wonderful to wander through on a Saturday morning. Sit for coffee, people watch from the cafe and buy your fresh food and vegetables at the market. For the true authentic Spanish feel, wander through to the square to Bar Portus Magnus for great value food and drinks and the children can in the pretty play park. Inside you can see the local history of Portman through the photographs. There may even be a fiesta going on! Or if you fancy a day at the beach, the nearest is Playa del Lastre, a walk away, the restaurant El Cubano offers amazing cocktails and food next to the Med. The historic sites of Cartagena or Murcia. The Calblanque mountains and unspoilt beaches, as well as other local walks, cycle routes and beaches galore, with diving, kite surfing, snorkelling, coasteering all available. The Costa Calida Region is the 'warm' coast having warm sun all year with average day time winter temperatures of 17 degrees C. Bikes are available for hire from La Manga Club as are all other facilities including English speaking bars, clubs and restaurants. The views across the to sea are spectacular and as they are bringing the sea in closer these views will continue to amaze.
