Hope you like the place, was trying to make it nice and comfortable, with attention to details.:) The apartment has great location, right next to the sea, to Puerto Banus, supermarkets, malls, shops, boutiques, cosy restaurants, cafes and clubs - to all amenities. It gives a comfortable city life style with all commodities of the city, in a nice relaxing beach atmosphere. Offers wifi high speed fiber optics, free underground parking underneath the building, secure building with 24 hours security, stuff is efficient and amiable. The apartment has electric blinds, tastefully decorated in modern fusion style with pieces of design furniture. Comfortable beds, new mattresses on all of them. Just recently we changed an oven and a cooking plate for induction, they are both "Smeg". The place is open, light, spacious, modern, gives a comfortable feeling and a good atmosphere. Big corner terrace with flowers, sea and mountain views, giving a possibility to enjoy al fresco dining, leisure atmosphere. Many nice details of comfort, a free bar. Big swimming pool with a sea view, surrounded by flowers and green area, sun beds, tables with chairs. Well equipped gym. Paddle tennis court.
I myself love to travel, so in decorating the apartment wanted to provide style and comfort for guests. To differ from places furnished with the package decor and simple solutions wanted to offer quality, extra details and higher level of amenities and service. I am in property management and real estate business myself, so want guests to benefit from years of my experience and attention to details.
Puerto Banus is a great place to stroll around in the afternoon, with luxury boutiques, exclusive trends, cosy cafes, so many different places to eat and party in the night. To look at so many expensive or rare cars, impressive yachts gives a luxury flavor. El Corte Ingles is an entertainment on its own, with such a broad selection of goods, and one in Puerto Banus is quite special, just redesigned, offering many exclusive brands. The Levante beach is sandy, with lagunas so it´s good for kids and to swim safely. There are sunbeds and a few good beach restaurants, my favorite in the area are Asucar and Aurora. From Puerto Banus by sea walk you can get to Marbella Paseo Maritimo, it´s a lovely walk by the beach, with best hotels on your way: Marbella club, Puente Romano, Melia don Pepe, with lovely beach restaurants (La Pesquera, Trocadero), cafés (Capuccino), the distance is about 7 km; and around 3 km to San Pedro Alcantara Paseo Maritimo (Sea Walk), passing Guadalpin Banus hotel, many beach restaurants and lovely exclusive complexes. There is Saturday market in Centro Plaza, which is a few hundred meters away, for those who likes to visit flea markets in search of treasure.
