Madrid Chic Loft

Pros: Location, location, location!!! The best thing about this apartment is its location! Aside from that, he high ceilings are wonderful, as well as the air-conditioning.

Contras: We specifically picked this apartment so we could cook during our 12-day stay (to keep costs down). However, When we first tried to do so, trying to use the electric hob made the fuses blow.... At first we thought it was our fault, so we turned everything else in the apartment off (which is tough, no air-conditioning when it's 40 degrees Celsius outside). Turns out it wasn't our fault, because however we tried it, the hob made the fuses blow each and every time. We contacted the host about this through mail. He said he hadn't heard of this problem before, and that we should watch our mails as he contacted the insurance company. Unfortunately we never heard from him again, which is all the more annoying as it was on the second day of our stay. Aside from this, the apartment is in need of updating and some maintenance. There's no coffee machine, the taps are loose, the covers on the furniture are loose and have seen better days, etc. The bathroom was alright, but not suited for anyone who's a little bigger.... Let's just say: no space to wiggle about on the toilet or in the shower.

Pros: No todas las fotos corresponden a la propiedad. Apartamento bien, sin secador de cabello( se negó a reponerlo), dejé paga la limpieza de salida. Zona segura, propiedad bien mantenida, en general... Había ropa blanca de recambio limpia pero arrugada ..

Contras: La atención del anfitrión, su negativa a reconocer carencias. Es caro para lo que ofrece.

Pros: La vicinanza con il centro e la metropolitana. Appartamento silenzioso e con molte dotazioni ( tranne il Phon per capelli)

Contras: Letto ad una piazza e mezza e bagno senza bidet come in molti posti all’estero

Pros: El piso está en un edificio muy centrico, a cinco minutos andando de la Plaza de España, Plaza de Oriente , del Palacio Real. En la calle hay mucho comercio, restaurantes, tiendas 24 horas etc. El piso es limpio, la cocina bien equipada y dispone de todo lo necesario para cocinar, platos, vajillas, condimentos. El chico que vino a entregar las llaves fue muy amable, puntual y atento. El apartamento se calienta bien con una bomba de calor, lo que era importante pues las noches en enero son frias. Aconsejo mucho este alogamiento.

Contras: Decepcionó el equipamiento de la ducha. Los grifos ya estan mal ajustados por el uso intensivo y necesitan reparacion. No habia manguera flexible con un mango de ducha, solo una fija de arriba (lo que no corresponde a las fotos presentadas en la publicidad) y tambien es muy incómodo y causa algunas molestias Todo lo demas fue ideal.

Pros: Apartment is super central,well equipped,very safe,clean and spacious for Madrid centre had all you needed,comfy beds,sofas,kitchen compact but even has dishwasher and washing machine,air con is good thankfully as we were here during Madrid's alert temp in shade 40c ,lts literally stones throw from grand via,and plaza de Espana ..we agreed we would be staying again

Contras: Shower enclosure needs work,when you close the door,rightside of silicone/grout discoloured/black by the tray its not dirty it's discolouration and,left door not fitted to bottom runner,paint needs touching up,kitchen tap wobbly ,superficial stuff really and people should not be put off,its a great apartment just needs a little maintenance,since I was here in late June I would have expected this to be sorted,but I'm sure José the owner will have it sorted in no time ,but we would be happy to stay again

Pros: Coqueto departamento ubicado a 1 cuadra de la Gran Via y de la Plaza España. Muy confortable, con todo lo necesario. Nuestra estadía fue muy grata. Recomendable.

Contras: En general Nada. Todo muy bien. Deberían solucionar el tema del portero eléctrico, que se comparte con otro departamento y es confuso al momento en que suena.
