Pros: Flot og ren lejlighed - og gode omgivelser.
Contras: Sengene var meget hårde og ikke så gode. Jacuzzi på terrassen var fint - men larmede det meste af natten.

Pros: The Malibu mansions are in a good location with easy access to the local shops and on site facilities.
Contras: The property looks dated, the air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly, simple stuff like the toaster being broken and taking 3 days to replace. The hot tub wasn’t cleaned or serviced during our stay and the outside light was broken which also took 4 days to repair. The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be but overall staying in the Malibu mansions was somewhat disappointing. Being a member of Club La Costa I was expecting the same or higher standards when we stayed in the Malibu mansions. The property is privately owed which does show as mentioned above the general standard of the property falls short in comparison to the ones owed by CLC. The weeks holiday was expensive and not good value for money because of the problems we had whilst staying in the property. Would I book there again probably not. Would I stay on site in different accommodation absolutely.

Contras: Après 2000km de route, on arrive et l'appartement est dégueulasse, le ménage n'est pas fait a notre arrivée alors que j'avais confirmé mon arrivée dans la journée. On a due attendre 2h devant la porte pour qu'ils le fasse. Fait parti d'un lotissement, mais l'appartement C04 appartient à un propriétaire privé : Ce qui veut dire : ne bénéficie pas des services de ménages 2 fois par semaine comme les appartements voisins. 15€/h proposé 'gentillement' par la réception Grosse arnaque L'appartement est situé juste au dessus de la blanchisserie du lotissement Bruyant des 7/8h du mat .oubliez la grasse mat. Tous les jours, et les mecs gueulent sans se soucier de quoi que ce soit Franchement mauvais rapport qualité prix A éviter

Pros: Bel appartement calme et bien équipé . Une bouteille de champagne dans le frigo et produits de nettoyage tout compris. Top
Contras: Les chambres donnent sur les locaux d'une entreprise de laverie buanderie et tout les matins de bonne heure environ 07:30 08:00 les employés chargent le linge et font passablement de bruit entre manutention et discussions. Dommage pour dormir un peu plus longtemps.

Pros: Закрытая территория комплекса; парковка с персональным местом для автомобиля; большой, комфортный номер с 2 спальнями и шикарной верандой с джакузи
Contras: Мелкие недоделки: 1. При заезде джакузи на веранде было грязное, чистить его пришли только на 3-й день после долгой переписки с менеджером; 2. Дверцы шкафов были сломаны 3. Ванна-джакузи в номере, в ванной комнате, не работала 4. Собственник долго не давал разрешения воспользоваться сейфом (не давал код), объясняя это неисправностью сейфа. После предъявления претензии о возмещении за сейф собственник предоставил код, но с формулировкой "за рабочее состояние сейфа не поручаюсь"; 5. Крышка джакузи на веранде на столько ветхая, что осыпается прям в воду, в джакузи. 6. За 2 недели нашего пребывания ни номер, ни джакузи ни разу не обслуживались; 7. На кухне очень не хватало стандартной сковороды 26-28 см; терки; мерного стакана
