Pros: Appartement duplex très agréable et confortable, vue sur l'océan, selon tous les points à la description faite. Propriétaires sympathiques et actuels si nécessaire pour des conseils. Bonne situation pour visiter Marbella et rester calme ! A recommander.

Pros: La situación es muy buena, la persona que me atendió muy amable, al igual que quien me enviaba correos y whatsaps.

Contras: Estaba sucio, después de esperar hasta las 16:00 h para entrar, desde las 11:00 que en anterior cliente hizo el check out, el apartamento estaba sucio, los suelos de todo el apartamento llenos de pelusas y suciedad, la terraza sin limpiar el s, los vasos sucios.

Contras: I would like you to read this and return some feed back to me please. The apartment was very good, apart from NOT being told the pool area was under repair and was out of action. We spoke to Marbella Apartments company and they said they were not aware until we showed them photos of an empty pool. Our latest problem now is how and when are we going to get out deposit returned ? I have contacted them numerous times and they say they will returning the deposit “you will receive it today or tomorrow “still not returned today 18th June, phoned them again today they said “your deposit will be returned this week”. We checked out on 7th June !!!! This is unacceptable, we feel this needs to be addressed as soon as possible. I have given you feed back, please return some feed back to me.

Pros: Nous étions 4 personnes et nous restons charmant avec cet appartement. La vue depuis le balcon était incroyable, vous pouvez voir toute la ville. La cuisine était petite mais nous avons quand même réussi à préparer les repas la plupart des soirs. L'appartement était très propre et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. Les propriétaires étaient également très bons et très faciles à contacter lorsque nous avions des questions. Quand nous reviendrons, nous réserverons à nouveau ici.

Pros: I can not say anything bad about the apartment. It has more than you can imagine, a cozy atmosphere that made my partner and I feel at home, very comfortable beds (for me fundamental, because although sleeping outside the house seems always difficult, I slept every day great), each careful decoration detail ... gives the impression of being at a friend's house.

Pros: It is a fantastic place, quiet and just next to the beach. Borja and Ana, who is taking care of the apartments are Top ;) Honestly and friendly (sympathetic) - compliment!!! and if there was little thing we needed, they solved it right away. The apartment was clean and just perfect! we will definitely come back

Pros: Tyckte om området och utsikten över stranden

Contras: I annonsen påstod dom att vi skulle ha tillgång till både gym och pool. Fanns inget gym i fastigheten dom återkom kvällen innan vi skulle åka hem att vi kunde använda gymmet i någon annan fastighet några minuter bort. Pool fanns inte heller tillgängligt då det renoverades, det var en av anledningarna till varför vi boka detta boende för att vi skulle få ha pool när vi kom dit och blev insläppta så informera dom från företaget oss vart poolen ligger sedan när vi ska gå ner till poolen så säger receptionisten för denna byggnaden att det inte finns någon pool. så vi har blivit lurade. Samt att det var jätte kallt i lägenheten.

Pros: Apt bien situé immeuble trèa calme.sejour agréable. La reception ā l'ècoute.

Contras: RAS

Pros: Ubicación ideal. Perfecto para familias, disfrutad de mucho más espacio que en un hotel.

Pros: Great stay at the apartment with an excellent location to Marbella and the beach it overlooks. Borja was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Apartment is excellent!
