The property is a townhouse in a scenic part of Martos. There are three double rooms in the property that are rented out to guests. The house is recently renovated to a contemporary style. The patio is decorated with a Mediterranean touch with terracotta tiles and bright vibrant colours. The Summer kitchen in the patio is where you can spend your time at ease with a chilled beer feeling refreshed and relaxed depending on the weather. The summer kitchen and patio can be accessed from the living room. It is equipped with a kettle, and a toaster, cups, mugs, plates, glasses and cutlery. Washing liquid and kitchen towels are at your disposal to wash your breakfast dishes and cutlery. You can enjoy your breakfast on the sunny patio and relax and enjoy the 'Dolce vita' feeling soaking up the sun. If you have any problems or concerns about anything regarding your stay please let us know. Evening meals can be provided on request at an additional cost.
I am a lecturer from the UK. I love hosting, I enjoy good company and love to cook. There is a grocery shop just around the corner of the house for you to top up your breakfast during your stay. There is a cafe opposite the house where you could quench your thirst with a chilled beer and tasty tapas. There is a church opposite the house and a natural spring with fresh running water that flows 24/7. The Roman Baths at the front of the house are a historical treasure. Public transport is available through the morning every 15 minutes. You can phone a taxi to take you anywhere in the town at five euros
